Once students have been shortlisted, we conduct an interview to establish a relationship with the child and parent/guardians where we discuss leadership development, extramural interests, and community involvement, amongst other things. It is important to us that we develop the children holistically in an effort to set them up for success as well-rounded individuals for society at large. It is also part of our contract with the students to participate in social upliftment activities.
